The assistant only answers from the institute's own fee sheet and brochure, and hands off to a human for anything else.

Answers fees, batches, hostels and scholarship questions in English and Hindi.
Counselling booking
Offers slots and books them straight into the counsellors' calendar.
Lead sheet
Every conversation is summarised into Google Sheets for follow-up.
