The challenge
Fourteen stores ran on a mix of desktop billing software and paper stock registers. Saturday queues were long and nobody knew the real stock position until month-end.
The approach
I spent two days at the busiest store watching cashiers bill. The new flow was designed around barcode speed, loose-item weighing and UPI.

Android POS
Barcode-first billing that keeps working offline and syncs automatically.
Live inventory
Every sale updates one stock ledger shared across all 14 stores.
Owner dashboard
Sales by hour and store, low-stock alerts and daily summaries.
The results
Average checkout fell from 3m 10s to 1m 15s, and stock-outs are caught days earlier.
